Travel to the Corinth Canal for a short stop at this engineering marvel. Drive to Epidaurus, visit the archaeological site and the Theatre, which is famous for its remarkable acoustics. Next, drive to Nafplio for a quick look at this quaint town. Following, you will drive to Mycenae where you will visit the archaeological site, then depart for Olympia through the central Peloponnese area passing the cities of Megalopolis and Tripoli. Arrive in Olympia where dinner is provided, and you will stay in a hotel overnight. D
In the morning visit the archaeological site and the museum of Olympia. Drive via Patra to Rio and cross the channel to Antirio across the new suspension bridge, which is considered the longest and most modern in Europe. Arrive in Nafpaktos, then continue to Delphi for dinner and an overnight stay. BD
Arriving in Delphi, the tour visits the Ancient Sanctuary of Apollo. You will visit the Delphi Museum where one can see among other archaeological treasures, the unique bronze charioteer. Next, proceed through the sacred way to the Athenian treasury and the Temple of Apollo. Delphi is one of the national treasures of Greece. The tour returns to Athens in the late afternoon. B
