Itinerary
On arrival in Luxor, you will be met and transferred to the docking area, to embark on your “home” for the next 7 nights. This afternoon you will visit the Karnak Temple and Luxor Museum and return to your ship for Dinner on Board. BLD
After breakfast this morning, you will transfer to the West Bank, to explore the West Bank of Ancient Thebes. Visit the Valley of the Kings with its royal tombs, King Tut’s tomb, and Ramses “the Six”. This if followed by a visit to the Temple of Madinat Habu, and on the way back stop at the Colossus of Memnon. Back on board your ship by 11am, to sail on to Quina. Enjoy lunch on board, some relaxing ‘spa time’ and in the afternoon another excursion to the Temple of Dendarah, dedicated to Hathor, Goddess of Music, Love and Joy. BLD
This morning an early sailing departure of 5 a.m. takes you back along the nile to Luxor. Enjoy breakfast on board before disembarking at 10.30 a.m. to visit the West Bank (Valley of the Noble’s tombs, Dier El Madina, the site of a very special workman’s village, whose craftsmen built and decorated the tombs of the Pharoahs in the Valley of the Kings. Lastly, visit the Temple of Hatchepsut). After lunch, there is an afternoon excursion to Luxor Temple. This evening enjoy a cocktail reception with live music at the club lounge, then dinner on board. Overnight Luxor. BLD
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and some time to relax on board this morning as your cruise heads to Edfu. Late this afternoon, take a shore excursion to visit the Temple of Edfu, the best preserved temple of the ancient world, dedicated to Horus the Falcon God. BLD
This morning you will continue along the Nile to Aswan, enjoying breakfast and lunch on board. At 2.30 p.m a shore excursion will take you to visit the High Dam and Temple of Philae.

Sail to Komombo this morning, with a morning excursion to the temple of Komombo. One side is dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek, God of Fertility, and Creator of the World. The other side is dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeris, also known as Horus, the Elder. Travel back along the Nile to Aswan, enjoying lunch along the way, with an afternoon visit by Felucca, the traditional sailing boats, to the Botanical Garden. This evening you will enjoy a fantastic Sound and Light show at Philae Temple, before returning to the ship for dinner onboard. Overnight Aswan. BLD
From the docking area you will be transferred to the airport for your Abu Simbel by Air excursion.
Transfer to the airport for the short flight to Abu Simbel to visit the superb Temples of Ramses II & his beautiful wife Nefetari. Try to assimilate the fact that the Temples of Ramses II and his Queen Nefertari were once 30 meters down the bank of Lake Nasser and indeed being flooded by the building of the high dam. Fly back to Aswan.
Afterwards enjoy a relaxing lunch and afternoon on board, before your final evening cocktail party and dinner. Overnight Aswan. BLD
