Itinerary

Days 1-2: Delhi

Welcome at Delhi airport followed by transfer to your hotel.

Sightseeing on day two of Delhi introduces you to the different faces of the capital, contemporary Indian, Raj relic, conservative Hindu, Mughal.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra

Drive to Agra this morning (200 kms – 4 hrs drive). Visit the famous Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, and witness artisans inlaying gemstones into marble. Return in time to see the setting sun paint the Taj in fiery hues.

Day 4: Agra - Samode

Leave Agra and drive to Samode via Fatehpur Sikri (295kms – 7 hrs). Our 5-hour journey brings you to the personalised hospitality at the exquisite Samode Palace, located just outside Jaipur.

Day 5: Samode - Jaipur - Samode

Discover Jaipur city and Amber Fort on a full day tour today.

Day 6: Samode - Khimsar

A long drive to Khimsar (320kms – 7 hrs drive) where you will spend the night at the Fort. The highlight here is dinner on the ramparts, overlooking the illuminated fort and swimming pool. Experience sunset at the sand dunes in the Thar Desert this evening.

Day 7: Khimsar - Jodhpur - Rohetgarh

Late morning drive to Rohetgarh for a two-day sojourn, en route visiting Jodhpur with its spectacular Mehrangar Fort and Jaswant Thada – a white marble cenotaph, built in 1899.

Day 8: Rohetgarh

Take a jeep safari this morning into the desert and visit traditional Bishnoi and Brahmin villages.

Day 9: Dohetgarh - Deogarh

Free day to explore the village.

Day 11: Deogarh - Devigarh

Visit Ranakpur with its famous Jain Temples en route from Deogarh to Delwara, where a relaxing 3 night stay in one of the most luxurious Forts in India awaits you.

Day 12: Devigarh

Free day in Devigarh. You may like to enjoy some special Ayurvedic treatments.

Day 13: Devigarh-Udaipur-Devigarh

Take a day exercusion to Udaipur to see the sights and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola.
