Itinerary
Day 1: Muscat-Salalah
Visit the museum, the Heritage Souk with its Omani crafts, frankincense and incense burners, the new Souq and the Gold Souq.
Day 2: Salalah area
Drive up into the Qara Mountains to discover the Prophet Job’s tomb. From here you can get a unique panoramic view of the green Al Garbib plain and Salalah. On to the splendid Mughsayl Beach with its dolphins and prolific birdlife including flamingos and blowholes. You will also notice many frankincense trees. The view up the coast where the mountains drop into the sea is truly magnificent.
Day 3: Salalah
Transfer back to the airport where the tour ends, where you may take a flight to Muscat or Dubai. You may also wish to extend your stay so you can enjoy the superb beach.
